Beautiful Hands

BEAUTIFUL HANDS

Have you seen a man with beautiful hands,
Strong and straight, and true?
I've seen some men with beautiful hands,
But only one or two.

Oh, don't you see the Man with beautiful hands,
Strong and straight, and true?
But wait, what is that I see? A scar?
Yes, there's one, there's two.

A scar in each hand for eternity,
He allowed it put there by you and by me,
For He gave Himself so unselfishly,
By His Love, His Love Unconditionally.

His beautiful hands are scarred by Love,
His Love for all since before earth began,
He came, you see, to die for all,
Those who believe may live within His Beautiful Hands.

He says, "Behold, I have graven thee within the palms of my hands."
Such Beautiful, Beautiful Hands.
The Beautiful Hands of my Savior,
My name is written within the palms of His Beautiful Hands.
